Plot: A young thief steals some jewelry and rides off on his motorbike. Ponch and Jon chase him until he jumps off a pier after injuring a girl on a bicycle. After jumping off the pier, he's rescued by a boat. While visiting a children's hospital, Ponch is challenged to a wheelchair race...and loses. After the briefing, the CHP go to the fair. While giving some kids a ride in a sidecar, Jon notices the thief and tells Bear to chase him. The thief runs someone off the road so they stop to help. After they figure out that the thieves work at a restaurant, they setup a trap. The thief sees the nice car and decides to rob their condo...falling for the trap. He's chased by Turner, Ponch, and Jon...but is caught when he swims to the boat and Ponch is already there. As the show ends, Ponch loses another wheelchair race.
