Brief Plot: An ex-CHP officer (Hart) trains female car thieves who target Jon's car. A car alarm expert (Oakland) objects to his daughter following in his footsteps. So it's father against daughter in a clash of car alarm installers. Ponch and Jon play peace keeper.
